We ship to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). It will take 2 to 7 working days to receive your order. If engraving is requested, the delivery date will be extended by 10 days. On Messika’s official website, returns and exchanges are free and hassle-free: our carrier will personally collect your package at the address of your choice.

After-sales service - Repair request
For a repair or maintenance request, please directly contact a Messika boutique or authorised retailer. The latter will take responsibility for your jewelry piece and send it to one of our workshops.
The tailor-made Messika jewelry box allows customers to enjoy a unique experience. All Messika jewelry pieces ordered online are packaged in a unique tailor-made case and box in the Maison’s colors. You can also add a small personalized love note to your order.
