The moving diamond

Imagine diamonds sliding through your fingers. Visualise their movement. Their sparkling facets shimmer with every move. The melody of the gems as they gently slide past each other. Experience their preciousness. The thrill of their graceful touch on your skin. Move, Messika’s signature motif, was born out of this highly sensory image.

Move, a jewelry revolution

It's the equivalent of a fountain of youth for the jewelry industry: the precious stone, which had once been static, comes alive again. It moves across the skin and embodies a new expression of femininity. Modern. Fresh. Uninhibited. Femininity at the crossroads of gender, self-expression and convention. A multifaceted femininity. Move is the story of a new lease of life. The birth of an icon. A must-have.

Move, a childhood memory

The origins of this jewelry signature lie in a childhood memory. André Messika, an internationally renowned diamond merchant, passed on his passion for gemstones to his daughter. She grew up surrounded by precious stones and behind the scenes of the most beautiful jewelry. Move was inspired by a gesture she saw her father perform thousands of times: he would move the diamonds between his fingers to better capture their brilliance. Valérie drew a mantra from this gesture: a diamond is never as beautiful as when it’s moving.
