Include all original packaging and materials. Our carrier will pick up your package at a date and time that suit you directly to the address mentioned when you return by mail.
Receive your refund
Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. Any damaged jewel can not be the subject of a refund. To recall any personalized jewel (engraving) can not be the subject of a refund or an exchange. A request for engraving can be made after the purchase.
At Messika, we are committed to you loving your order. In order to exchange the jewel you purchase, we will have to refund your first order. Indeed, each jewel have a unique engraving number, therefore we are obliged to re-edit an invoice and thus make a new payment.

If you believe that your package was damaged during delivery by our secure carrier, please indicate this on the delivery note before signing it. I want to send a gift to someone directly. If the recipient doesn’t like it, can the item be exchanged ?
If the Messika jewelry isn't right for the recipient, please retrieve the package and return it to us (within at most 14 days following receipt) so that you can place a new order.
