Deliveries and Returns

We only ship to the Contiguous United States. It will take 2 to 7 working days to receive your order. If engraving is requested, the delivery date will be extended by 10 days. At Messika, returns and exchanges are simple and fast. We will send you a prepaid FedEx label so you can return your parcel to us.

Engraving

The Messika Maison offers you the possibility of personalising your jewelry piece by engraving an inscription of your choice (up to 22 characters). Engravings are only available for certain Messika jewelry pieces, depending on technical and aesthetic constraints. Please note, a personalised jewelry piece cannot be returned.

Secure Payments

You can pay for your order on the Messika website by card (Visa, American Express, Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Eurocard), Paypal or Affirm. All our online payments are secured by the 3D secure system.

After-sales service - Repair request

For a repair or maintenance request, please directly contact a Messika boutique or authorised retailer. The latter will take responsibility for your jewelry piece and send it to one of our workshops.

Art of Giving

The tailor-made Messika jewelry box allows customers to enjoy a unique experience. All Messika jewelry pieces ordered online are packaged in a unique tailor-made case and box in the Maison’s colors. You can also add a small personalized love note to your order.
