This exclusive service guarantees the free replacement of your piece in case of theft, for two years after purchase, for any creation acquired in a participating Messika boutique in France and on the European website messika.com (valued under €100,000 including tax).*

Messika envisions a solution designed for real life, without compromising elegance. This system is based on a partnership with GRACE, a Franco-Swiss startup specializing in securing precious objects. Thanks to its technology, the process is digital, simple, and confidential, in line with luxury standards.

How to benefit from Messika’s Serenity?

1. At the time of purchase, you receive an Authenticity Card with a QR code that you need to scan to be redirected to the Messika subscription form.

2. After completing the subscription, you receive an email containing the link to the Messika’s Serenity by GRACE platform. In just a few clicks, you register your jewelry and activate your protection. A few minutes are required between activating the authenticity card and enabling Messika’s Serenity.

3. In case of theft, wherever you are in the world, you can report the incident online, 24/7.

4. Once your file is validated, our Concierge service contacts you to arrange a personalized appointment in a Messika boutique in France. During this appointment, you select a creation of equivalent value.
